I am currently in the 6th semester of my degree in ‘Applied Business and Media Psychology’ and am completing my internship semester at Decura Consulting Group as part of this - this means that I am working here full-time for a whole semester and then have more study time ahead of me.

During my time as an intern, I was involved in the day-to-day business with customers from day one and was able to work on tasks and projects independently. As a result, I was able to make contact with customers in the first week after extensive familiarisation and actively support my colleagues in my first online training course. Thanks to this early involvement, I was able to gain experience quickly and have since been responsible for the smooth technical running of our online training courses in Füssen as a Junior Consultant. At the same time, I was also involved in a number of customer projects, which I have been involved in ever since.

I particularly appreciate our strong team culture. I was integrated into the team right from the start and working with my colleagues is always fun. Even as a trainee, I am entrusted with important tasks and my opinion is just as welcome as that of my more experienced colleagues. We always receive appreciative and honest feedback, which has enabled me to progress on a steep learning curve, both personally and in terms of content.

After completing my internship, I will finish my studies. To do this, I will initially be able to take a break at Decura to concentrate on my practical report and on preparing my Bachelor's thesis. During my final semester, I can then continue working as a student trainee alongside my studies. During this time, I have the opportunity to flexibly adapt my working hours to my timetable and can therefore continue to be part of the Decura Consulting Group without neglecting my studies.
