My career at Decura began in the final stages of my bachelor's degree in physics, driven by a desire to gain practical experience beyond the academic environment. My first role here was as a working student, a position that allowed me to gain my first valuable work experience while working on my thesis.

This initial period led to a five-month full-time internship, during which I had the opportunity to work on a variety of internal and external projects at Decura. This experience laid the foundation for my role as a Junior Consultant, where I took on increasing responsibility. Especially in the area of training programmes, where I was also allowed to lead training courses myself.

Despite the decision to continue my studies in Paris, I was able to maintain my activities as a management consultant thanks to Decura's remarkable flexibility. In this role, I continue to support the team in the background and focus more on internal management tasks and consulting projects.
