Become part of Decura Consulting Group GmbH, a leading management systems consultancy. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified part-time/working student to support our team in the delivery of our consulting and training services. As part of our experienced and innovative team, you will have the opportunity to work on various multidisciplinary consulting projects with direct client contact.

Tasks

  • Carrying out quality management and methodology training

  • Work on multidisciplinary consulting projects (operational and strategic topics)

  • Contributing to the creation and revision of training materials

  • Designing new training formats

  • Participation in internal company development projects

  • Direct interaction with customers

Qualifications

Abschlusskappen

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in the fields of humanities, economics or natural sciences or a comparable degree programme

  • Independent working style, self-confident demeanour and high willingness to learn

  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in German and English

  • First contact with Q-methods, sales, automotive industry, statistics and/or management as well as additional skills in programming, photography, social media, web design and other languages are an advantage.
