The core of every good decision is transparency.
We create transparency through audits and analysis.
The basic principle of an audit is to evaluate a situation based on clearly defined criteria and to draw a conclusion from it.
We have taken this tried and tested approach from management systems much further. Based on our expertise of more than a decade, we have developed audit criteria for the main methods of QM work, Q work and industrialization, which we can use to quickly show you where you stand with your company, project, process or supplier.
We clearly recommend further action and empower those responsible.
In addition to the audit conclusion, which is primarily intended to inform the management levels and support them in making clear decisions, the detailed audit findings are used through coaching, training and methodical support of employees for rapid improvements in day-to-day business or projects.
Our range of activities includes management systems for the entire company, processes and methods.
We use our cross-departmental expertise. An audit finding from an FMEA audit can lead to the FMEA methodology being used more effectively or the design verification plan being adjusted. The root cause analysis of the audit finding can also reveal that the responsibility model in the product development process is not clear and the organization's processes need to be further developed accordingly.
The audit creates transparency before decisions are made, because of course every company believes that the FMEAs are done correctly, that the DVP is complete and that it is clear to everyone who is responsible for the FMEA in pre-series and series.
From the audit of a production control plan, it can be seen that capability studies were carried out with incorrect distribution forms (e.g. roundness with normal distribution). It can also be the case that the on-the-job training of employees is the cause of poor quality performance.
The audit creates transparency before decisions are made, because of course every company believes that proof of skills is meaningful and that employees are fully and effectively trained.
